1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via fiskajax.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. The seller is FiskajaX AB. All prices are stated including applicable VAT.

2. Orders & Agreements

A binding purchase agreement is formed when you have completed payment and received an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline an order due to pricing errors or stock shortages.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices include applicable VAT. We accept payment via: • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Stripe • Klarna (pay later or in installments) Payment is processed by the respective payment provider, and your card details are never stored by us.

4. Delivery

We offer shipping with DHL across Europe. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days domestically and 3–7 business days internationally after the order has been processed. You will receive a tracking link via email when the package has been dispatched.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@fiskajax.com or use our withdrawal form. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in substantially unchanged condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Complaints & Warranty

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to file a complaint about a defective product within 2 years of purchase (3 years for Swedish customers). A product is considered defective if it does not match the description, does not function as expected, or has manufacturing defects. We offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect. We cover shipping costs for valid complaints.

7. Dispute Resolution

We always aim to resolve disputes directly with you. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
