1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via fiskajax.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. The seller is FiskajaX AB. All prices are stated in Swedish krona (SEK) including 25% VAT.
2. Orders & Agreements
A binding purchase agreement is formed when you have completed payment and received an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline an order due to pricing errors or stock shortages.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices include 25% Swedish VAT. We accept payment via:
• Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Stripe
• Klarna (pay later or in installments)
• Swish
Payment is processed by the respective payment provider, and your card details are never stored by us.
4. Delivery
We offer free shipping with DHL throughout Sweden. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after the order has been processed. You will receive a tracking link via email when the package has been dispatched.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@fiskajax.com or use our withdrawal form. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in substantially unchanged condition.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Complaints & Warranty
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to file a complaint within 3 years of purchase if the product is defective. Contact us at info@fiskajax.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
We offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect. We cover shipping costs for valid complaints.
7. Dispute Resolution
We always aim to resolve disputes directly with you. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN):

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
