Shipping & Delivery

We always offer free shipping with DHL throughout Sweden. No minimum order amount required.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after the order has been processed and payment confirmed. During peak season, delivery time may be slightly longer.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking link. You can follow your package in real-time on the DHL website.

DHL delivers to your nearest pickup point. You choose to collect the package at a time that suits you. DHL sends notification via SMS and/or email.

Please provide your full address including postal code when ordering. We deliver throughout Sweden. Contact us if you need to change your delivery address after ordering.

If you have not received your package within 5 business days, contact us at info@fiskajax.com with your order number and we will help you track the delivery.

Kayaks are delivered by DHL Freight on a pallet. DHL will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Please ensure truck access is available at the delivery location.
