Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping with DHL on all orders. No minimum order amount required.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after the order has been processed and payment confirmed. During peak season, delivery time may be slightly longer.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking link. You can follow your package in real-time on the DHL website.

DHL delivers to your nearest pickup point or directly to your address. DHL sends notification via SMS and/or email.

Please provide your full address including postal code when ordering. We deliver throughout Europe. Contact us if you need to change your delivery address after ordering.

If you have not received your package within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@fiskajax.com with your order number and we will help you track the delivery.

Kayaks are delivered by DHL Freight on a pallet. DHL will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Please ensure truck access is available at the delivery location.
